Development after coming back to China

Over 1200 people worked on the cruises came back to China after their contract expired. They were tempered by the advanced management and strict discipline on the cruises, and their high capabilities and foreign language levels become advantages for them to find new jobs in their motherland. Most of the attendants are now the head of  department in high-class hotels.
